Mr. Hung Doan has many years of experience in the banking industry and has held many important positions such as: Head of Capital Market Research Department - State Bank of Vietnam, Director of Foreign Exchange Management Department of State Bank of Vietnam, Alternate Director representing Vietnam at the World Bank (2000 - 2003), and Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (2004-2013).
